We wrote these general conditions for reservation process to ensure :
- The clarity and facilitate dealing with you
- Avoiding any misunderstanding or mistake that may happen..
- Preserving your rights and our rights ..
- Offering you the services which suit your demands
Please read these conditions and understand the content, bearing in mind that any booking request through our website is a notice for us that you have read these remarks & conditions; approved and accepted them.
Booking Request:
When making a reservation, you have to fill in the booking form and send it back; writing all the required information, and please be sure to include the following details:
- The type of service you are asking for
- The exact number of all people participating in the booking and their children ages “if any”, that number has to match the required number of rooms and the type / size of transportation.
Upon receiving your request, we will check the availability of this reservation; then we will send you a notice of reservation during a maximum period of 24 hours of receiving enquiries (taking into consideration the weekend and holidays)
In this notification you will find all details about your reservation: the date of check in / checkout - and the deadline for reservation’s payment, we will also include our cancellation policy.
“If we couldn’t match your reservation request, you will be notified you with an alternative option “.
Hotels Category:
Beside the name of each hotel; you can find its category & classification, along with its web site and some information about the hotel, these information was provided by the hotel and other official resources;
However; we don’t hold any responsibility if the hotel was different from your expectations or to the information which was given by the hotel or mentioned in their website as pictures – facilities – description etc.. Other than we are always working and seeking to have all the information provided accurate and precise.
In case you did not like the hotel, we can change it if there is availability in another hotel(s), then you must pay the price difference, if any, in addition to paying any penalty /charge resulting from the cancellation of the previous hotel reservation; depending on the policy of the hotel.
Payment:
At least 50% of the agreed amount must be paid upon reserve the service "hotel booking - tours - etc. .."
The Remaining amount will be paid inevitably before the date of beginning of service, in particular the hotel bookings, as when making booking most hotels demanding full payment covering the whole period of accommodation before the guest arrival.
In some cases the remaining amount can be paid upon arrival.
Anyway we don’t make any reservation prior receiving a deposit payment of the total agreed amount.
Upon receiving your payment, we will notify you with a Receipt and Confirmation Voucher contain all your requested reservations "hotel – tour - transportation ... etc." mentioning all details and addresses belonging to this service.
Banks usually take fees / commissions for each transfer transactions for both incoming and outgoing transfers; thus; you will pay any additional bank fees/commissions amount resulting from the bank transfer according to the documents received from the bank.
Room Check In / Check Out:
Room Check In time is differ between a hotel to another, ranging between 12:00 to 16:00, although some hotels can give the room before that time if it’s available.
Also you can make the check in before 12:00; if you paid for additional night in advance.
Room check out time is on 12:00; any delay after this time may cause additional amount, varies depending on the duration of the delay, and it may up to the cost of the whole night.
Cancellation and Amendment:
Procedures are varying according to: the required service, the country and the date, but in general these are the basic Procedures:
Traveler has the right to amend the type of service or cancel it before the deadline of cancellation.
When Cancellation or amendment, please send your request in writing by email or fax mentioning your name, address, our / your reference given to you, type of service to be cancelled, then we will reply you accordingly confirming the cancelation.
When cancellation BEFORE the deadline, we will deduct all charges, and bank transfer fees, and return the remaining amount to the participant during the period of at least 21 days from the date of cancellation.
When cancellation AFTER the deadline; we will deduct all fees, expenses, penalties and bank transfer fees and return the remaining amount “ if any ” to the participant during the period of at least 21 days from the date of cancellation.
No Show penalty is differing according to the service, country and date, however usually it’s as the following:
- In most scheduled group tours the Penalty is 100% of the paid amount and there is no refund.
- In hotels the penalty is vary according to hotel, country and season, and it’s ranging from the fees of the
first night up of the fees of full stay duration.
- Some hotels in some counties at certain times do not permit cancellation or shorten the period after
room check in; and they collect the full amount of booking for the whole period, even if the guest make an
early check out.
Remarks:
If you didn’t get a reply from us during a period of one working day "weekend on Friday," it is because of technical malfunction in the Internet, so please re-send your request again.
Guaranteeing your rights and to avoid any misunderstandings may occur; we usually provide you at each reservation with all details of reservation including the following:
- The deadline for payment and cancellation
- The time of check in & checkout
- The conditions of cancellation & penalties
We; our agents and partners who are handling the services has the right to amend / change the agreed tour itinerary and/or the services; according to the requirements of work and commensurate with the optimal way to present this service.
Neither we nor our agents / partners who are handling the service hold any responsibility if the traveler didn’t meet / match the authorities conditions for entry / departure the country; then traveler must pay any penalties for cancellation or non-Arrival according to the conditions mentioned earlier.
We .. our agents-partners and /or the contractors "Hotel - Airline - Transportation company, etc. .." HAVE the right to cancel the service or any part of the agreed services, Because of a governmental decision / order, an official holiday, Weather , disaster, or any compelling & forceful circumstances ..
and the REFUND will be according to the use of the service if they had started; or return the full agreed amount of service if it doesn’t started; without anycompensation from us in the event of not receiving compensation from the other side who caused this cancellation.
According to the Hotels, Agents and Partenrs and services providers policies; rates may vary without prior notice, and we are not responsible in the event of such an increase prior to booking confermation..
